What are the differences between standard, intermediate and short-head cone crushers?

The basic structure and working principle of these three crushers are exactly the same, except that the shape of the crushing chamber is slightly different. As shown in Figure 9: The key to the difference is the broken parallel strip. As can be seen from the figure, the short-headed parallel strip is longer, while the medium-sized one is second.

The parallel belt is longer, the ore and the discharge port are relatively small, and the finer product granularity can be obtained. Generally, the short head type with a longer parallel strip is placed as a fine crush after being placed in the middle. The standard type is shorter due to the parallel strip. Therefore, the crushed product is coarser and the output is higher. Generally, it is used as a medium crush after the coarse crushing or the rotary or rotary crusher.
Shaft sleeves are applied in order to protect the shaft respectively the running surface of the shaft seal from damage or abrasive wear.
