3, pressure lead operation
1) assemble the driving gear
2) Follow the tooth width direction of a gear tooth of the driven gear to attach three sections of soft lead wires to the gear teeth at equal distances, so that the tooth with the soft lead wire pasted is in the discharge cavity and the driven gear is assembled;
3) make a mark on the coupling, assemble the sleeve and pump cover;
4) Rotate the coupling counterclockwise by hand so that the teeth of the pasted flexible lead rotate into the cavity and disassemble the pump cover and sleeve.
5) Remove the driven gear, remove the soft lead and clean it;
6) Using an outside micrometer, measure the thickness of each section of soft lead wire at the gear tooth engagement and make a note of it.
4, measurement data analysis:
1) The sum of the thicknesses of each section of soft lead wire at the meshing of the gear teeth is the meshing gap (if the one side has been crushed, the thickness of the soft lead wire on the other side meshing is the meshing gap);
2) Conclusion: Based on the measured maximum gap with the normal range of clearance (usually 0.04 ~ 0.08mm) compared to the parts can continue to use or renewal conclusion.
