Double Head Mitre Saw

Utilizes imported hard alloy saw blade for durability and high precision. The two sawing units can both cut left and right angle of 90°to 45°referencing profile axis.(i.e. each unit can swing at 45°independently) Tool head feeding, saw head swing angle, material pressing are all driven pneumatically, right saw head's movement is driven mechanically, with manual fine adjustment, highly automatic. Tool holder feeding is driven by cylinder, speed adjustable step less with fast-retract function. Main motor start-up, tool holder feeding and oil injection of nozzle are linked.

1. Utilizes imported hard alloy saw blade for durability and high precision.

2. The left and right sawing units can cut aluminum profiles imultaneously or separately.

3. The two sawing units can both cut any angle between 90°and 45°referencing profile axis.

4. The left and right worktables can be rotated between 0°and 45°horizontally (can be clamped with clamping plate).

5. Angle swinging, rotating and locking devices are controlled by pneumatic valves, useful and safe.

6. Digital display device is available on demand.

   7. Automatic protection device provides reliable safeguard for operator.
