The radiator recycling machine is used to cut radiators from air conditioners and separate copper pipes from aluminum. Before processed by this machine, the radiators shall be cut with a band saw into pieces of certain width.
It can separate one layer of radiators or 2 layers of radiators. When radiators are more than 2 layers, a band saw is needed to cut them into one layer or two layers.Â
 1. Compressing part: It is radiator compressing system, the gear compressor is used for removing alumunum part on the radiator.Â
 2. Radiator input plate: Normally there are 3 parts for radiator input, and they have different width for different size radiators. Customer need to put proper size(center distance) radiator on it.Â
 3. Handle: There are totally 6 handles on the machine to adjust blades inside it.Â
 4. Motor: There are two motors on both sides of the machine.Â
 5. Control panel: There are Start,End and Emergency buttons on the panel.Â
 6. Blades: Blades used for cutting radiators.Â

Marking Unit:
This unit is consists of fixed lathe bed, movable
lathe bed, hydraulic pressure head and manual adjustment device. According to
the order of computer, the unit marks on places required on the drawings. For
making the marks clear and endurable, and avoiding the angle steel abrades
character heads, it adds the functions of loading oil cylinder and lifting
movable lathe bed. For satisfying the processing scope, it adds manual
adjustment device, which can change the position of characters to adapt
different standards angle steel.
Workpiece Table: It is driven by engine and retarder through chain wheel and chain. There are three long axis and six self-control shaft couplings to achieve synchronization of the chains. Thus the angle steel will be stable and make lower noise during feeding process. The function of this part is that feed angle steel into the chute and prepare to be taken by the clamp device.
Overturning Rack: It is driven by engine and retarder through chain wheel and chain. Thus it achieves synchronization of swivel arm of the four clamps devices through long axis and shaft couplings. The function of this part is to take angle from conveyor trough to feeding conveyor.
