Aluminium Shot also named Aluminium pill, Aluminium Cut Wire Shot, is a very popular Metal Abrasive, which is widely used on aluminium die casting parts, copper die casting parts and zinc die casting parts for surface treatment of deburring and sand blasting. The other important application is to use with Stainless Steel Shot to make die casting parts brighter.

Longlived Aluminium Shot is made from high quality 99% aluminium wire by drawing, cutting and rounding. There are five shapes of Longlived Aluminium Shot and they are as cut, G1, G2, G3 and G4. The size is from 0.2mm-3.0mm and customized is available as your requirement.
