Sichuan Danba Mica Mine Processing Flow Chart 1. Sichuan Danba Mica Mine Concentrator The plant is located at the mouth of the mica mine in Danba County, Sichuan Province. The ore is a pegmatite type, which mainly produces flaky mica. The ore grade is 9.1 kg/m3, of which the film mica accounts for 44%, the particle size composition of 100-200mm is about 32.3%, and the 0-20mm is 34.6%. After the large mica is sorted out in the ore, the fixed rod sieve (100 mm sieve hole) is fed into the jaw crusher , which is larger than the sieve pore size and enters the jaw crusher , and then fed into the vibrating sieve together with the sieved product. The sieve machine has two layers of screens, the upper screen is bar-shaped, the screen width is 20 mm; the lower sieve is square-hole screen, and the sieve hole is 20 mm×20 mm. After sieving, a total of three products are obtained, which are larger than 20mm, and the mica crystals and continuum are sorted out, and the living body is manually broken and the mica crystals larger than 4cm2 are sorted; the sieve layer is smaller than the first layer and larger than the second layer. The size of the sieve pores, from which the mica crystals and the continuum are sorted, and the living body is manually crushed to pick up mica crystals larger than 4 cm 2 ; the grain size smaller than the second sieve holes is concentrated as tailings. This method has a processing capacity of up to 10 t/h and a concentrate grade of over 99%. The ore recovery rate (mechanical screening) can reach 95%. The main equipment is: fixed rod sieve, 250mm × 500mm jaw crusher , vibration sorting machine, etc. The Danba Mica Mine beneficiation process is shown in Figure 4.17.2.
