Qinye Heavy Industry Hot Blast Furnace Dryer Recreates Success

Baosteel newly built No. 1 blast furnace (5050m3) project of Zhanjiang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. The blast furnace was equipped with four top-fired hot blast stoves, two preheating furnaces, and four hot air furnaces with a mixed air chamber. The special oven burner provided by the professional oven section of Qinye Heavy Industry is mainly designed for the oven-fired oven stove process design. With its high-precision temperature-rising curve, the temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C can be achieved through remote temperature control.

The requirements and precision of this oven are higher than the latest national standards and the oven requirements of other manufacturers in the past. Baosteel Group attaches great importance to the oven of hot air ovens. In order to ensure the quality of ovens, the Qinye Heavy Industry Oven Technology Group repeatedly considers the oven. The plan ensures that the whole process of the oven is smoothly carried out according to the preset curve, and finally it lasts 35 days on August 25, 2015. The oven task is successfully completed according to the curve. According to the on-site record data, all the oven temperature indicators meet or even exceed the oven curve requirements and are highly praised by Baosteel's owners, CCID Design Institute of MCC and Russia's Karugin Hot Air Furnace experts.
