Precautions for installation of residual chlorine analyzer

The residual chlorine tester can be widely used in the continuous monitoring of residual chlorine of various water quality in electric power, waterworks, hospitals and other industries. Used in drinking water treatment plants, canning plants, drinking water distribution networks, swimming pools, cooling circulating water, water quality treatment projects, etc. to continuously monitor and control the residual chlorine content in the aqueous solution.
Installation Precautions:
All electrical and plumbing connections must comply with national and local standards. An insulation switch or a circuit cut-off switch must be installed at the front of the instrument power supply.
In order to be safe and avoid interference from external signals to the instrument, the power cord of the instrument should be connected to a socket with corresponding specifications, a ground wire mark, and an electrical standard, and the ground wire must be well grounded.
Install the sensor in an easily accessible location to facilitate regular cleaning and maintenance of the sensor.
Avoid installing the sensor in a location where air bubbles gather to prevent interference signals.
Install the sensor near a representative and good sampling point.
The wiring part of the instrument is detailed in the wiring diagram, and the user's power supply capacity must meet the requirements for normal use of the instrument.
Avoid direct sunlight and vibration of the transmitter.
The transmitter should be installed slightly higher than the operator's head-up position, so that the operator can browse the panel or perform control operations.
Leave enough space for the opening and maintenance of the transmitter box.
The instrument should be installed indoors or in a place with protective devices, and no flammable and explosive materials should be placed around it.
Install the sensor in an appropriate location to ensure representative measurement results.
The installation location of the residual chlorine analyzer should be chosen to be convenient for users and installation and maintenance personnel to read the nameplate and screen information of the instrument, and convenient for use, maintenance and inspection.

PVD Coated Screw

PVD (Physical vapor deposition) is characterized by a process in which the material goes from a condensed phase to a vapor phase and then back to a thin film condensed phase. We are using this technology on our Titanium nitride coated screws.

HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) coating process is a kind of thermal spraying technique that melted (or heated) materials are sprayed into the surface. By HVOF technology, alloy powder spraying is under high pressure and high velocity. The adhesive force is over 10000PSI, and the powder density can be achieved up to 99.8%, which offers outstanding performance in wear & corrosion resistance.

Chrome plating (less commonly chromium plating) is a technique of electroplating a thin layer of chromium onto a metal object. The chromed layer can be decorative, provide corrosion resistance, ease cleaning procedures, or increase surface hardness. Such screws are mainly to be used for the corrosive and other free flow material.
