The project focuses on the development and extension of three industrial chains of soda ash industry, chlor-alkali industry and coal chemical industry, planning and construction to become the largest salt chemical industry base in the North China region that has reached the international advanced level.
Yang Lanming, president of the Xingtai Chemical Industry Association, told the reporter that the planned and constructed soda ash chemical industry chain is based on the local reserves of rock salt as raw materials, supplemented by local and peripheral coal resources, and the soda ash process to develop soda ash industry. Planning and development of NPK compound fertilizer, sodium percarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride and other soda ash, ammonium chloride downstream products, in order to increase product variety and extend the product chain, increase the added value.
The chlor-alkali industry chain plans to use local rock salt as raw material to produce whole-halogen caustic soda to achieve a large coal, electricity, salt, and alkali combination and enhance cost competitiveness. At the same time, we will further extend the product chain and focus on the development of organic silicon series, chlorine trichloride-polysilicon series, methane chloride-organic fluorine series, chlorinated aromatic series, chlorination titanium dioxide, chloroisocyanuric acid, chlorine Polychlorinated and other chlorine-consuming fine chemicals and new chemical products; alkali-alkali production, focusing on the development of viscose fiber, layered sodium silicate and sodium metasilicate, etc.; hydrogen is mainly used for the production of hydrogen peroxide to meet papermaking, textile and green hydrogen peroxide Propylene oxide and other industries demand.
The coal chemical industry chain utilizes coal resources and cheap coke oven gas methanol resources in the surrounding areas of Ningjin to develop carbon-chemical, methanol-to-propylene and its downstream products. Under the condition that the local coal mine in Ningjin reaches a certain scale of exploitation, the second phase will consider the use of local coal resources in Ningjin to develop the coal chemical industry.
Li Zhong, director of the Resource Environment Office of the National Development and Regional Economic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Jia Jiaan, president of the Hebei Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, believe that the construction of the Yancheng Coal Chemical Industry Park in Ningjin will be based on the concept of circular economy to build a material integration and energy As a basic chemical ecological cycle system, advanced clean production technologies and environmentally friendly production processes are adopted to achieve clean and harmless production.
According to another understanding, the Ningjin Yanmei Coal Chemical Industry Park covers an area of ​​approximately 20.74 square kilometers. By 2020, the total investment in the planned industrial projects and infrastructure in the park will reach 60.6 billion yuan, and the sales revenue will reach approximately 67.9 billion yuan. The annual output value is 700.
