Metering Pump's Common Faults and Treatments

First, the motor can not start

cause of issue:

1 , no power supply.

2 , power supply phase or two phase power.

Approach:

1 , check the power supply.

2 , check the fuse and contactor contact is good.

Second, not drain or drain

cause of issue:

1. The suction pipe is blocked or the suction line valve is not open.

2 , suction pipe leakage.

3 , suction pipe is too long, sharp turn more.

4. The valve surface of the suction valve or the discharge valve is damaged or falls into the foreign body, so that the valve surface is not tightly sealed.

5 , residual air in the diaphragm cavity.

6. Leakage and oil leakage in the charge valve group or diaphragm chamber.

7 , safety valve, compensation valve is not normal.

8. The oil in the replenishing system is contaminated, the valve is cushioned, and the seal is not strict.

9. Serious leakage at the plunger packing.

10 , motor speed is insufficient or unstable.

11. Inhalation level is too low.

Approach:

1 , check the suction pipe, filter, open the valve.

2 , seal the leak.

3 , bold suction pipe, reduce sharp turn.

4 , check the valve's tightness, if necessary, replace the valve, valve seat.

5 , refill the oil, exhaust gas.

6 , find the leak site and seal it.

7. Re-adjust.

8 , for a clean oil.

9. Adjust packing gland or replace new packing.

10 , stable motor speed.

11. Adjust the inhalation level.

Third, the pump pressure can not reach the performance parameters

cause of issue:

1 , suction, discharge valve damage.

2. Serious leakage at the plunger packing.
