· Domestic car growth stagnates, multi-vehicle enterprise factory capacity is idle

Since the beginning of this year, the Chinese auto market has experienced a cold spell due to the slowdown in economic growth. The latest data from the China Automobile Association shows that in July this year, the sales volume of automobiles was 1.5 million units, down 7.1% year-on-year; the sales volume of passenger cars was 1.27 million units, down 6.6% year-on-year. From January to July, the sales volume of automobiles was 13.35 million, a year-on-year increase of 0.4%. Many car manufacturers have experienced capacity inactivity for the first time this year. What makes the auto market uneasy is that the report released by the Automotive Research Center of the University of Windsor in Canada shows that in 2012, 60% of the world's new vehicle production capacity will flow to China, and it will take three years from the establishment of the investment to the factory. The capacity planning was concentrated in 2015.
