The car is equipped with two DC power supplies, battery and generator. All the electric equipment used in the car is connected in parallel with the DC power supply. Battery functions are :1. When the engine starts, power supply to the starter and ignition system; Electricity; 2. When the engine is running at low speed, it will be supplied power to electrical equipment and generator magnetic field winding. 3. When the engine is running at medium and high speed, the remaining electric energy of the generator will be converted into chemical energy and stored. When the generator is overloaded, assist the generator to supply power to the electrical equipment. 5. The battery is equivalent to a large capacitor, which can absorb the instantaneous overvoltage in the circuit, protect the electronic components, and keep the voltage stability of the automobile electrical system.
When starting the engine, the battery in 5~10S, to start the continuous supply of strong current (gasoline engine 200~600A, diesel engine 800~1000A), therefore, the requirements for the battery is: large capacity, small internal resistance, have enough starting ability.

Roll Compactor is a versatile densification and dry granulation machine that produces uniform compacted sheets with consistent hardness and increased density by compacting powdered material between two uniquely designed rolls.
Our roller compactor is equipped with a floating gap, which the smallest distance (gap) between the rolls is realized. In floating gap the distance between the rolls change according to the amount of powder provided. The force applied to the powder remains constant. This ensures that property fluctuations in the granules are reduced to a minimum.
The design employs two-counter rotating rolls force-fed with feed screws, with oscillating granulator to break powder ribbon and co- mill that's make them integrated. Dust collector, vibration sifter and vacuum conveyor is optional.
