Recently, a pilot production line for an exhaust gas purification catalyst with an annual output of 300,000 liters of the National IV standard has been put into operation in Jiangsu. The production line was jointly established by the National Engineering Center of Fine Petrochemical Intermediates of the Lanzhou Institute of Chemicals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Jiangsu, and the key catalysts for the production of catalysts, such as the preparation of nanometer ceric coating materials and the coating of new catalyst carriers, have been used to prepare the catalysts for thermal aging. Excellent performance, precious metal content is at least 20% lower than conventional precious metal catalysts, and the performance has reached the domestic advanced level. According to reports, the Lanzhou State Institute of Fine Petrochemical Intermediate National Engineering Center Automotive Exhaust Gas Purification Task Force started the basic research work on automobile exhaust gas purification in the early 1990s. In recent years, after a number of technical breakthroughs, it has formed a unique technological advantage in the preparation of automotive exhaust gas purification catalysts. At present, it has a full set of technical solutions for precious metal catalysts, transition metal oxide catalysts, and rare earth-based noble metal synergistic catalysts.
