For a long time, our country's independent research and development capabilities in this field are weak and can only rely on imports from abroad. The cost of equipment is extremely high. Zhang Xin, Director of the Technical Department of the China Chlor-Alkali Industry Association, told the reporter that the 100,000-ton/year (granule) alkali plant developed by the Binhua Group is the first 100,000-ton device independently developed by China, fully demonstrating large-scale domestic chemical equipment. The ability to develop.

Zhang Xin pointed out that at present, the development characteristic of China's chlor-alkali industry is "using chloraldrine". In recent years, the focus of the domestic chlor-alkali industry has shifted to the west, and new chlor-alkali plants have been gradually concentrated in resource-rich regions in the west. However, the eastern textile, dyeing, and pharmaceutical industries continue to demand caustic soda. Under the background of excess caustic soda production capacity in China, the cost of liquid caustic soda is relatively high, and with the increasing supervision of liquid dangerous goods logistics, transportation of liquid caustic soda is also difficult. In contrast, the production of tablets (granule) alkali is more convenient for storage and transportation, with obvious advantages.

However, for a long period of time, the technology and equipment for tablets (granul) alkaloids in China have been completely dependent on imports, and the supply period only takes about 18 months. It takes at least two and a half years for the project to be completed and put into production. Compared to the introduction of the device, Binhua's autonomous device can shorten the construction period by one year, and the price of each set is 30 million yuan less than the imported equipment, which can significantly reduce the construction of film (grain) alkali equipment and the production cost of the product.

It is reported that the major equipment of Binhua’s solid caustic soda cogeneration plant project, such as pre-concentrators, distributors, slicing machines, molten salt heating furnaces, and burners, has been fully realized in China. In this way, the same large-scale solid alkali device realizes the simultaneous production and switching operation modes of the particulate alkali and the sheet alkali, optimizes the device operation scheme, and can maximize the economic benefits of the device. In addition, the device also optimizes the process of waste heat recovery and utilization of the flue gas from the molten salt system. The integrated thermal efficiency of the molten salt heating system can reach more than 90%. According to the device full-load operation, the amount of steam produced per hour by about 1 ton, can effectively reduce the steam consumption of the entire device 70 kg / ton of sodium hydroxide (100), energy saving effect is significant.
