According to Reuters, the Bosch Group found through internal investigation that its Brazilian subsidiary had formed a cartel alliance with Japan's NGK spark plugs. The group took the initiative to contact local antitrust agencies. A Bosch spokesperson said recently that after discovering that the subsidiary formed a spark plug cartel alliance with NGK, it actively issued its own monopoly to the Brazilian authorities. However, the spokesman did not disclose more information due to ongoing investigations. In response, NGK declined to comment.
